Symptoms of COVID-19

Symptoms generally appear 2-14 days after exposure. A person is still contagious and will transmit the virus to others prior to symptoms showing.

These include:

  • Fever
  • Shortness of breath
  • Extreme exhaustion
  • Non-productive (dry) cough
  • Diarrhea and vomiting
  • Muscle pain
  • Loss of sense of smell and/or taste
  • Mild to no symptoms at all

It is important to note that 80% of positive cases show mild to no symptoms.
